Born in Peniche (1974). Completed his MA in Product Design at ESAD.CR. With several years of relevant experience in the ceramic industry, recently his work has been guided towards a more personalized approach and of self-production development, as a result of his research in ceramics within his MA project. The knowledge of these two dimensions, mass and self-production, granted him the distinctive opportunity to develop new methods of ceramic forming.  He has created new processes of forming objects, that allow a formal variation starting from a single mold, which he named “Moldes Mutantes”. By fostering an experimental approach, the aim is to develop products that have an history behind and an unique shape that incorporate and reveal in itself all the decisions taken during the manufacturing process.
